Escondido Education COMPACT is a unique and nontraditional (nonprofit public benefit) organization designed to provide support and services for at-risk youth in North San Diego County. COMPACT has been a youth workforce development specialist for over 25 years - providing youth (14-21) with work readiness training and linkages to employment.
 
We work with local businesses and industry to provide enriching educational and career exploration for all students who access our programs.
 
We pull together all of Inland North County's various and diverse resources for the benefit of our entire community.
