Resident Leadership Academy
The Resident Leadership Academy (RLA) is a curriculum based, community health organizing project that empowers residents to make positive changes in their communities. Upon graduation from the RLA program, resident leaders will focus on a community improvement plan (CIP) and they will work with local community partners to make reach their goal.
