Resident Leadership Academy
The Resident Leadership Academy (RLA) is a curriculum based, community health organizing project that empowers residents to make positive changes in their communities. Upon graduation from the RLA program, resident leaders will focus on a community improvement plan (CIP) and they will work with local community partners to make reach their goal.
Our Resident Leadership Academy program has begun!
The Resident Leadership Academy (RLA) program consists of local Escondido residents who are interested in making a difference in their community. Participants reside in East Escondido - in or around the intersections of Grand and Midway. People of all ages are welcome! If you would be interested in learning more about the program, please sign up for communications using the button below.
Our Resident Leadership Academy is held on Tuesdays at 6-8PM.
